You can hide out read receipts if you don’t want to display the status and time of the message that delivered to your inbox.
How to Disable Sending Read Receipts from Your Android or iPhone? The two blue check marks will appear when all participants in the group have read your message. In a group chat, the second check marks will appear when all participants in the group have received your message. You can see the time stamp for each member that they read or delivered message in your recipient’s mobile.
